The
Tony Crawford story is a case of
mass misconduct of Canada's
justice system officials.
If Tony was ever allowed to
exercise his rights granted him
by the laws of Canada and have a
trial, investment schemes to
billions of dollars through tax
evasion would be at risk.
World leaders are interested in
Crawford's case, yet Canadian
government officials are not,
how come?
Tony
said "When scheming
bankers, lawyers and paid
affiants get together they make
a toxic brew for the perfect
sting."
That is what, Tony's case and his
efforts to get justice are all
about here in Canada.
I met with
Tony to discuss the details of
his invitation to the 'Future
of Finance Initiative'
in Washington DC a G20
Initiative. Mr. Crawford met with
world leaders and financial
experts including,
Presidents and Prime Ministers
from around the world and gave a talk about his
case. The purpose of the
Initiative was simple, the
global financial system is
broken and world leaders want to
correct it. They invited experts
from all around the globe to
talk. And Tony was one of
those experts.
Yet we as
Canadians constantly here from
Government officials how great
our banking system is.
Tony's case
for banking reform is based on
public interest in the Bank of
Montreal litigating an $80,000
loan for ten-years with
courtroom drama involving nine
judges finally ruling no
wrong-doing and debt without
trail.
In the
opinion of this webmaster
someone should investigate the
misconduct of the officials
involved. I'll bet it
would be easy to find over 100
points of judicial misconduct in
favour of the Bank of
Montreal. Why would the
Canadian system be corrupt you
ask? Billions of tax
payers dollars are involved,
that's why. Through
the premise of tax evasion
schemes.
Tony's
case makes me wonder about our
justice system. My
recent article about the
Crawford's case dealt with what I
believe, was a classic example
of 'Democracy
Chinese Style
involving the Canadian Justice
System,
When
I met with Tony to discuss his trip to
Washington, I was blown away by
the pictures he showed me.
Shaking hands with Presidents
and Prime Ministers and high
ranking individuals from all
over the world. Obviously
there is a lot of merit to his
story yet he seems to get no
respect what so ever from the
Justice System here in the
province of Ontario. The
Upper Canada Law Society is
investigating Crawford's former
lawyer and the Bank of
Montreal's lawyer for possible
misconduct regarding this case.
